Front Desk Associate

Part Time · In Studio · Noblesville, IN

You are the first face people see when they walk in and the voice that answers when they call. This role keeps the studio running smoothly between classes and makes every client, from a nervous first-timer to a four-day-a-week regular, feel like they belong here.

  • Answer calls, emails, and walk-in questions about classes, pricing, and schedules
  • Keep the lobby, retail area, and equipment spaces clean, stocked, and ready between classes
  • Support studio events, challenges, and member milestones

What we are looking for

  • Organized and self-directed during quiet stretches between classes
  • Comfortable learning booking software and handling payments
  • Customer service, hospitality, or studio experience is a plus, not a requirement
