Meet Kira

Hi! I’m Kira – I work in tabletop games. If you ever want to nerd out, just let me know. 

My Pilates journey started when I caught myself groaning like an old lady just getting up from my desk. Talk about a wake-up call! Now I’m hooked on helping fellow desk warriors rediscover what it feels like to move freely again. Whether it’s on the reformer or mat, I love mixing in fun props and creating killer playlists.

Outside the studio, I’m basically a zoo keeper – three chickens with Star Wars names, two cats who think they run the place, and two bearded dragons who judge everyone silently.
