What You'll Learn
Our 500-hour program covers everything you need to become a confident, competent Pilates instructor.
Module 1: Foundation Studies (100 hours)
Master Pilates history, principles, comprehensive anatomy, and movement analysis techniques.
Module 2: Equipment Mastery (200 hours)
Comprehensive training on Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and all classical apparatus.
