Reformer Pilates is a studio favorite—perfect for building strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence.

Looking for a more personalized experience? Our Private and Semi-Private Sessions let you focus on what matters most to you. Work one-on-one with an expert instructor, or bring a friend and enjoy individualized attention in a small, supportive setting.

Our Classes

Reformer Pilates

Experience the transformative power of Reformer Pilates, where exercises are tailored to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Suitable for all levels, our classes are designed to meet your individual fitness needs.

Pilates Reformer Foundations

 This class is designed for beginners. It introduces the Pilates Reformer and its principles, focusing on building a strong base for future progress by mastering fundamental exercises. This class is also a great refresher for experienced reformer Pilates clients.

Intermediate Reformer Class

This class builds upon beginner foundations, introducing more complex exercises and faster paces, requiring greater body awareness, strength, and control, with a focus on precision and smooth movement. Modifications can be provided.

Advanced Reformer Class

This class is designed for experienced practitioners seeking a challenging and dynamic workout. It focuses on advanced exercises, increased resistance, and deeper core engagement to enhance strength, flexibility, and control.

Jump and Strengthen Reformer Pilates

Jumpboard sessions are aerobic so you get all the benefits of cardio without the high-impact. Engaging in Jumpboard exercises can enhance your strength, coordination, and flexibility. Class will consist of a mix of jumping and reformer pilates.

Stretch and Restore Reformer

To reduce stress and alleviate tight muscles, incorporate mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and body awareness techniques. Start by focusing on your breath, lengthening your spine, and gently releasing tension through focused stretches.

Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates incorporates Pilates principles like core engagement and controlled movements while utilizing a chair for support and modifications. This is a class for people with pilates experience.

TRX Pilates

TRX Pilates combines traditional Pilates exercises with TRX suspension training, using body weight and gravity for a full-body workout. It increases core strength, balance, and flexibility by adding instability and resistance to Pilates movements

Barre

A low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga elements to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles.

Mixed Equipment Pilates & Strength

Work your full body using a variety of Pilates equipment, including the exo chair, springboard, hero board, and other props.

 

Glutes, Arms & Core

Using a variety of Pilates equipment and props, focus on your glutes, arms and core with this low impact workout.

Foam Rolling

Release tension and tight muscles with this 50-minute foam rolling class.

Core Align Pilates

Unique to our studio, Core Align Pilates challenges your stability and core strength. Perfect for those looking to enhance functional movement and gain better control over their body.

Private and Semi-Private Sessions

For a personalized Pilates experience, our private sessions focus on your specific fitness goals. Semi-private options allow you to share the session with a partner while still receiving individualized attention.
